The Challenge
Printnet is a corporate gifting, branding, and printing business based in Ahmedabad. Their team was creating product mockups for client proposals manually using CorelDraw. The process was slow, outputs looked like logos pasted as stickers rather than genuinely branded products, and they were paying external vendors to handle volume work. Client attraction and conversion suffered because the mockup quality did not match the quality of the actual products.
Manual design tools and outsourced vendors created a bottleneck that directly impacted Printnet's ability to win business and respond quickly to client opportunities.
What We Built
We developed a desktop application installed locally on Printnet's own machine, designed specifically for non-technical staff to operate without design expertise.

- Custom prompting architecture with product-specific variables for consistent, accurate output

Outcomes
The team now generates client-ready branded product visuals in the same meeting or call where a brief is discussed. Mockups that previously required hours of CorelDraw work or external vendor turnaround are produced in seconds and look like genuinely branded products, not digitally pasted logos. The cost of external mockup outsourcing is eliminated entirely.
Printnet can now respond to client enquiries in real time, turning conversations into confirmed briefs with visual proof of concept delivered on the spot.
